A.Net should fix this!

I believe it's not only me who hates leavers.
Especially in Random Arena, you have almost 50-50 chance of getting a leaver.
Though I understand you have to leave sometimes for some reason,
people leave just because they don't like their team setup in most cases.

I think it is design error because one selfish mind can ruin many others' fun.
Fortunately, A.Net should be able to fix this without much difficulty.
Here is my suggetion.

Basic idea

- You get 1 penalty point whenever you leave any pvp match ongoing except GvG.
- When you get 5 penalty points you will be banned from all pvp activity except GvG for 1 hour.
- Penalty points reset after taking 1 hour penalty.
- Penalty points reset every 12 hours.

Exceptions

- When you have disconnected from the server.
- When you are dead for more than 10 sec.
- When more than half of your party members have resigned.
- When a certain time has past since the match began. (f.e. RA,TA:15 min HA:30 min)

I think it's too lenient to be effective. Perhaps a faction deduction would be more painful. -125 for the first time, -250 for the second time within an hour, -500 for the third time in an hour, -1000 for every time after that. Or even, a deduction from their daily maximum. Of course, that would wear off the next day.
